Jena is a paralegal assistant who concentrates on estate and tax planning, and trust and estate administration.

She works closely with clients through the probate process and assists with all areas of estate planning.

Jena assists attorneys and clients with a full range of trust and estate matters, including document and tax preparation, closely held business entity formation and estate administration. Her 15 years of experience as a legal administrative and paralegal assistant strengthen the services and cost-effective results the firm delivers to clients.

Jena’s representative experience includes:

  • Preparation of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare documents, deeds, beneficiary designations and other documents necessary to implement estate plans.
  • Preparation of probate pleadings, including inventories and final accountings of assets; federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns; and other documents necessary to administer  estates.
  • Drafting and filing of court and  governmental agency documents.
  • Formation of limited liability companies and partnerships.
  • Preparation of asset transfers and assignments.
  • Assistance with ongoing administrative client matters, including  preparation of updates to estate plans, amendments to trusts, promissory notes, Crummey notices, routine or special board resolutions, and amendments to formation certificates and entity operating agreements.
