Elizabeth is a senior paralegal who has more than 12 years of intellectual property experience and concentrates her work in the area of patent prosecution.

Elizabeth assists attorneys and clients with U.S. and international patent applications. She has been a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since 2003.

Her representative work experience includes:

  • Preparing and filing patent applications and related documents with the USPTO and foreign patent offices.
  • Preparing and filing all documents required for U.S. prosecution of patent applications and issued patent matters, including Information Disclosure Statements, assignments, declarations, responses to office actions, extensions of time, issue fees and maintenance fees.
  • Managing docket of U.S. and foreign patent correspondence, office actions and related matters.
  • Assisting in all facets of foreign patent applications and issued foreign patent processes.
  • Maintaining client patent portfolios.
  • Corresponding with clients and foreign associates about actions required to obtain and maintain patent rights.
  • Assisting with the preparation of assignments, contracts and licenses.
