Deborah has been a litigation paralegal for more than 35 years. She has extensive experience in managing complex, multifaceted litigation and environmental matters.

Deborah is highly proficient in conducting database searches to find documents necessary for defense of the firm’s clients. After analyzing the documents, Deborah provides summaries of the data to the attorneys for their use in preparing strategies for successful case management.

Deborah’s representative experience includes:

  • Leading and coordinating the systematic document review and processing activities of outside counsel, opposing counsel, vendors and employees at 10 different geographic locations.
  • Interviewing more than 500 employees or former employees, clients and witnesses to obtain relevant information and documents necessary to respond to discovery requests, to support the defense or prosecution of various lawsuits, and to respond to governmental requests for information.
  • Designing five computer database taxonomies and/or coding structures.
  • Drafting pleadings, interrogatories and requests for production.
  • Compiling financial data in support of budget.
  • Preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial.
  • Summarizing deposition transcripts.
  • Performing investigative work.
