The Dirt on EPA's Clean Power Plan

Podcast
7.10.15

The Clean Power Plan, according to the EPA, seeks to maintain an affordable, reliable energy system, while cutting pollution and protecting our health and environment. Critics are afraid that it will negatively impact the economy, energy security and grid reliability.

Listen to the podcast to hear Lacey Breeden and  Dr. David Spence, Professor at the University of Texas, discuss the Clean Power Plan and detail the intersection of law, politics and energy.
