Employment Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors

Click to view a recording of the Employment Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors webinar.

Federal contractors and subcontractors are subject to the laws enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), an office within the U.S. Department of Labor. In order to ensure compliance with these laws, we are providing a complimentary webinar to review the basic employment and related obligations of government contractors.

Among other topics, this session will address the following questions: Are you a covered federal contractor? If so, is your affirmative action plan legally compliant? Are you conducting the requisite disparity analyses, and are you reviewing your compensation system regularly? Are you engaged in appropriate outreach activities? Are the appropriate posters in your facilities?

Join us for this informative and practical webinar, designed as a refresher for those with significant involvement in this area, and as a solid introduction for those new to the contracting world.
