Husch Blackwell Hires 2 Associates In Chattanooga Office

Husch Blackwell announces Caroline Shea and Derek Terry have formally joined the firm’s Chattanooga office as associates.

Ms. Shea, a litigator, focuses her practice on a variety of client matters, including commercial litigation, toxic tort and bankruptcy. Ms. Shea earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. from Wofford College.

Mr. Terry is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities & Corporate Governance practice group.
His practice focuses on an array of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate transactions and financing, public and private company securities law compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Terry earned both his J.D. and B.S. from the University of Tennessee.
