Husch Blackwell’s Miller Named Fellow of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Philip J. Miller has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Miller is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets group and Private Wealth practice and is based in the firm’s Waukesha County office. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning, marital property and tax planning. His practice includes planning for unique assets, international considerations and beneficiaries with special needs. He also works with nonprofit organizations on tax and governance issues. A noted speaker on estate planning, business succession planning, marital property and probate, Miller obtained his J. D. cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1987.

ACTEC, founded in 1949, is an organization of more than 2,600 trust and estate lawyers and law professors who have been elected by their peers in recognition of having made outstanding contributions to the practice of trust and estate law.
