(CBL) and its majority-owned operating partnership subsidiary, CBL & Associates Limited Partnership, in their $400 million offering of 5.95% Senior Notes Due 2026. The offering was executed under CBL’s existing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shelf registration statement and closed on December 13, 2016. Goulston & Storrs also served as counsel to CBL on the transaction, and Sidley Austin LLP represented the underwriters.
