About Benchmark Litigation:
In its ninth year, Benchmark Litigation has become the “definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys” and is the only publication to focus exclusively on U.S. litigation. Benchmark Litigation
compiles its results from a culmination of a six-months of research where extensive interviews with litigators and their clients are conducted to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by law firms and ask individual litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers. Firms cannot pay to be recommended for the guide. The publication’s local litigation stars are recommended consistently by peers and clients as reputable and effective litigators, while future stars are litigators who are highlighted as likely to be become local litigation stars in coming editions.
