A Wyoming landowner sought to have 1,300 acres annexed into the adjacent city and rezoned to accommodate a mixed-use development with a long-term buildout. Our team assisted with the complex land use and zoning issues.


The city approved the annexation, customized PUD zoning and vested rights for 25 years. The development will provide 1,800 new homes, hotels, restaurants and stores, as well as open space, parks and trails.
