Following a university student discrimination complaint, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) initiated an investigation.


We appeared as counsel for the university and worked with OCR to respond to its information requests, set up interviews, provide documentation and advocate the university’s defense. OCR found the complaint unsubstantiated and required no further university action.
