Luxco is a leading producer, bottler, importer and marketer of alcohol beverages with an outstanding portfolio of brands and a spirited legacy. We represented Luxco in its acquisition of 13 brands and seven types of liquor from Jim Beam.
Result
The brand acquisitions provide Luxco a stronger, broader and more strategically positioned portfolio of liquor brands to capture shelf space and market share in the competitive world of alcohol sales and ensure an uninterrupted chain of supply for those brands for several years.
