Wynn’s intellectual property practice includes preparing and prosecuting patents and trademarks and representing clients regarding patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright issues. In addition, he assists clients by providing patentability opinions, intellectual property infringement analyses, trademark clearance searches and has been involved in complex intellectual property litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Wynn worked as a mechanical engineer for Henneman Engineering, Inc. and Grumman/Butkus Associates where he participated in the mechanical design of hospitals, schools, labs, offices and public facilities and prepared life-cycle analyses on buildings that resulted in the design of high performing, energy-efficient and resource-efficient buildings and facilities.
