Spike’s practice focuses on advising clients in a wide variety of complex commercial and business litigation. His trial practice extends to many business industries and matters and includes class action, multi-party litigation, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract and other business torts. In addition, Spike has handled numerous personal injury actions in a variety of settings, including product liability and healthcare defense, as well as trust and estate litigation. He has tried over 70 jury trials in addition to many bench trials and arbitrations in his practice of over 38 years.
Spike is Co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Partner Board.
