Tyler assists clients with mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. He also counsels clients on securities law matters, including the issuance of or investment in securities. Tyler serves as general counsel for privately owned businesses and in that role provides day-to-day advice to clients on operational and governance matters, including negotiation of transactions, contracts, buy-sell agreements, real estate and other business arrangements. Tyler’s practice also includes working with clients with respect to tax and estate planning and administration.
