Leader of the firm’s immigration practice, Toni has successfully defended the investigation of charges of discrimination by the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices within the Department of Justice. She also represents clients before Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State and other federal agencies.
