Tom is national litigation counsel for several Fortune 500 companies, offering innovative litigation/environmental programs to help his clients obtain favorable results cost-effectively. He concentrates his practice on product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Tom joined the firm in 1968 after working for Paul, Weiss in New York.
Tom is a former member of the Executive Board.
