Tiffany focuses her practice on healthcare. She has experience presenting on topics including provider issues, nonprofit law, corporate structuring, Medicare & Medicaid and state and federal hospital regulations.
During law school, Tiffany served as a faculty fellow at Saint Louis University School of Law, where she assisted with research for scholarly articles and presentations on the HITECH Act, HIPAA and privacy/information security issues.
She served as a Legal Extern for a large St. Louis-based healthcare system and a Fortune 100 pharmacy benefit company, where she made regulatory compliance determinations and interpreted new rules and statutes.
Prior to her externships, she served as a legal intern for the Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, where she assisted attorneys in representing the Secretary of Health & Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
