Tessa serves clients most frequently in electronic discovery and litigation readiness. She also has a broad range of litigation experience, including class actions and complex commercial, antitrust, fraud, products liability and intellectual property cases.
Tessa has experience with preparing and reviewing litigation hold policies and practices for local, regional and national corporations, and has managed large-scale document review projects. She counsels attorneys on all aspect of electronic discovery, including preservation, collection, review and production, and advises them on review platforms, review protocols and forms of production. Tessa has also successfully briefed and argued motions in federal and state district courts and the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Tessa serves as the attorney liaison between the firm’s E-discovery practice group and the litigation support group and assisted in creating firm’s electronic discovery guidelines.
