Tessa is Co-chair of the firm’s E-Discovery practice group. She serves clients most frequently in electronic discovery and litigation readiness, with experience in class actions and complex commercial, antitrust, fraud, products liability and intellectual property cases.
Tessa prepares and reviews litigation hold policies and practices for local, regional and national corporations and manages large-scale document review projects. She counsels attorneys on all aspect of electronic discovery, including preservation, collection, review and production, and advises them on review platforms, review protocols and forms of production. Tessa has also successfully briefed and argued motions in federal and state district courts and the Missouri Court of Appeals.
She serves as the attorney liaison between the firm’s E-discovery practice group and the litigation support group and assists in creating the firm’s electronic discovery guidelines.
