A former field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in St. Louis, Terry focuses his practice in labor and employment law. His practices emphasizes traditional labor relations, in which he represents employers in collective bargaining, arbitrations, union avoidance techniques and matters before the NLRB and various state public labor relations boards.
Terry has represented employers in employment discrimination matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, related state agencies and before state and federal courts. He has advised employers regarding numerous regulatory issues, wage and hour laws, restrictive covenant agreements, worker safety issues and public policy discharge matters. He also practices construction and design law.
