Focusing her practice on complex intellectual property and business-critical issues, Sudee litigates patent infringement, trademark infringement, antitrust, unfair competition and business tort claims. She has acted as lead and supporting counsel for private and public entities in arbitration and mediation proceedings and in federal and state court trials. Additionally, Sudee has written successful dismissal and summary judgment motions and appellate briefs.
Sudee has extensive experience coordinating electronic discovery in complex matters, including collection, review and production of client data and the examination of opposing party data.
Sudee is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee, Diversity Council and Steering Committee and True North steering committee.
