Stacy has extensive experience throughout the United States with commercial real estate leasing -- from strip shopping centers to regional malls -- as well as the purchase, sale, financing and development of real property. Many of her projects have involved public financing and economic incentives.
Although Stacy handles all types of real property for both owners and tenants, she concentrates her representation on retail, office and industrial projects and works regularly with national and regional credit tenants. She also has served as lead attorney for the acquisition of several large multiple-property portfolios.
Stacy directs all of the real estate activities for several of the firm’s clients and has developed and implemented protocols for effective and efficient management of their real estate holdings.
