Stacey has an active litigation practice in both state and federal district courts. She represents clients in commercial contract disputes, insurance coverage claims and business torts. Her experience also includes healthcare litigation, medical malpractice defense and products liability suits. Stacey represents clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, construction, financial and energy.
Stacey uses her language and legal skills in pro bono immigration matters. She recently won a political asylum trial in the Kansas City Immigration Court.
