Sarah M. Graves

Associate

Sarah’s practice includes government contracts and construction litigation. She advises government contractors in the litigation of contract claims and bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, Boards of Contract Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims, and in civil False Claims Act and qui tam matters during both the initial investigation and litigation stages. In addition, Sarah represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in claims and other disputes on public and private construction projects in both state and federal courts and for purposes of contract drafting and negotiation. She also has a wealth of experience in e-discovery as it relates to complex government contracts and construction litigation matters, including initial case assessment and management of e-discovery governed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
