Husch Blackwell Sanders is pleased to announce that Sarah M. Graves has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an Associate in the Regulatory & Governmental Affairs department and will concentrate her practice in the area of Government Contracts.
Graves represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in claims and other disputes on public and private construction projects in both state and federal courts and for purposes of contract drafting and negotiation. She also represents and advises government contractors in litigation of contract claims and bid protests during initial investigation and litigation stages.
Prior to joining the firm, Graves was an Associate at Akerman Senterfitt. She follows six Government Contracts partners that recently moved from Akerman to join Husch Blackwell Sanders' Washington, D.C., office.
Graves earned her J.D. from George Mason University (2007), where she was an Articles Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from American University (2003), where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
