Ronald has over 25 years’ experience practicing in the area of Government Contracts. He has assisted clients in matters involving administrative and federal contract law, appellate and alternative dispute resolutions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ronald served as a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office of K&L Gates. He represented clients in matters involving federal black lung litigation. He has extensive experience litigating before the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges and Benefits Review Board relating to federal black lung claims.
Ronald has appeared before various U.S. Courts of Appeal in cases involving federal administrative law and contract issues. In addition, he has been involved in mediation and alternative dispute resolution of government contract claims before Boards of Contract Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims.
Ronald practiced in Washington, D.C., and Chicago, Illinois, from 1983-2011. At the beginning of his legal career, he served as an Assistant Senior Division Attorney for the Benefits Review Board of the United States Department of Labor.
