Bob's practice focuses on real estate with an emphasis on complex development projects, including master-planned communities, resorts, other mixed-use projects and healthcare facilities. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, annexations, zoning and other development approvals, construction, financing, marketing and the operation of residential and nonresidential projects. In addition, Bob frequently negotiates leases for retail, medical, office and industrial properties.
His experience includes representing major resorts as well as other owners and operators within the hotel and hospitality sector, including those involving condominiums, fractional real estate and private residence clubs.
