Rebecca concentrates her practice in the area of corporate law, commercial transactions and securities and corporate governance. She has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and other commercial contracts, including service agreements and non-disclosure agreements for corporate clients. She also provides ongoing assistance to clients on business formation, structuring, dissolution and other general corporate matters. Rebecca also counsels clients on compliance with federal securities laws and assists in the preparation and review of Securities Exchange Act filings.
