Raymond engages in patent litigation and patent prosecution related to electrical, medical, software and business method patents. As a member of trial teams, he has prepared witnesses and drafted successful summary judgment motions and oral arguments on issues of patent infringement, validity and discovery-related motions. Additionally, Raymond has worked with clients on their U.S. and international patent applications and has drafted patentability and clearance opinions.
