As Co-chair of the firm's E-Discovery practice group, Randy focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class action, products liability and insurance litigation. He is a litigation team leader for large clients facing litigation in multiple jurisdictions, consolidated and pattern litigation and class action. Randy manages and coordinates teams of attorneys, paralegals, experts and e-discovery vendors in simultaneously defending multiple cases pending in jurisdictions throughout the country.

His business litigation work includes class action litigation, higher education litigation, government investigations, shareholder disputes, lender liability claims, secured lender representation, business interruption and property damage claims, all aspects of insurance coverage, and contract litigation. Randy has extensive experience defending class actions, mass actions, pattern litigation and all aspects of complex commercial litigation.

Randy's products liability work is focused in defense of firearm and ammunition products; chemical, industrial and toxic tort litigation; and serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.

His insurance litigation work includes defense of complex litigation matters for Fortune 500 insurers pending throughout the United States involving all manner of coverage disputes, challenges to insurance practices and policy provisions, complex bad faith and vexatious refusal cases, constitutional challenges to statutory enactments, challenges to claims handling and underwriting, medical bill review and repricing challenges, med pay provision challenges and challenges against calculation of premiums, rates and rate making.

Randy has authored several articles analyzing emerging tort theories for Lender Liability Law Reporter.
