Randy represents management in all matters relating to labor and employment law, from day-to-day counseling to class action litigation. He frequently represents employers in various litigation matters including non-competition, harassment and discrimination. Randy has first-chaired multiple employment discrimination jury trials in federal and state court, including for many Fortune 500 clients, all of which ended in favor of his client.
In addition, he handles traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, arbitrations and union campaigns. He also handles employment-related transactional matters, including reductions in force, mergers & acquisitions and governmental compliance. He is former Chair and Vice Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
