Practicing in the Government Contracts group, Matt advises in the areas of contractor qualifications, bid protests and contract disputes, including requests for equitable adjustment and claims related to supply, service and construction contracts.
Matt has civil litigation experience representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors in complex disputes related to construction projects. He has handled matters before state, federal district and federal bankruptcy courts and through alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, he has successfully represented contractors in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) violation issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate at a Virginia law firm that specialized in construction law for private and public projects.
