Tracey approaches the law, especially healthcare and regulatory matters, as a craft that requires dedication and attention to every detail.

Tracey focuses her practice on the healthcare industry, counseling clients on regulatory, compliance, operations, and transactional matters. She regularly advises a variety of healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, pharmacies, ambulatory surgery centers, hospices, home health agencies, and independent diagnostic testing facilities. Tracey counsels clients on federal and state anti-kickback statutes, Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark Law), Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement, state licensing, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting prohibitions, and HIPAA and state privacy law. Tracey also regularly assists clients in structuring and analyzing arrangements and transactions and navigating changes of ownership in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.​

Outside the Office

Having danced professionally for three years with Ballet Austin, Tracey still attends performances whenever she can. She also enjoys yoga and Pilates and is a certified instructor for the latter.

Additionally, Tracey is an avid traveler, with Spain, Ireland, France and the Netherlands among her favorite destinations.
