Ruth is a member of Husch Blackwell’s Financial Services & Capital Markets team. She concentrates her practice specifically on financial matters related to various federal tax credits, including new markets, historic and low-income housing. She represents investors, community development entities, developers, lenders and public housing authorities in matters nationwide.
In addition to practicing with Husch Blackwell, Ruth is a principal of Future Unlimited Law PC, a firm based in Yelm, Wash., with a nationwide tax credit, community development and federal income tax practice. In addition, Ruth is a frequent contributor to industry publications and a speaker on affordable housing and tax credits and incentives.
