Nicholas provides customized solutions for clients to help manage the legal processes in large commercial finance transactions.

Nick focuses his practice on banking and finance law. He prides himself on building strong relationships with clients to establish a good working environment and ultimately better serve their legal needs. He works diligently to understand the intricate nuances in commercial lending to provide strong, viable solutions for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick practiced financial services litigation. He has experience working in both state and federal courts on a variety of client matters. In law school, he served as a summer extern with the Hon. David J. Waxse of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and served as a student clerk for the District Court for the Third Judicial District of Kansas working on multiple types of cases, including administrative, civil litigation and criminal litigation.

Nick is a huge sports fan.

Nick enjoys cheering on his alma matter, Kansas State University, the Miami Dolphins and watching college basketball. He also likes spending time with friends, stand-up comedy, golf, fishing, history and trivia.
