With 40 years of trying cases in state and federal courts in Missouri, Illinois and elsewhere in the country, Ken also focuses on alternative dispute resolution, specifically mediation. He has completed a mediation training program at Saint Louis University Law School and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.
An adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law, Ken teaches a third-year course in “attacking expert witnesses.”
Ken was assistant U.S. attorney, Eastern District of Missouri, from 1969 to 1972 and was a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1966 to 1968.
