Keith represents clients in matters involving waste management, waste reclamation, chemical distribution, petrochemical, and primary and secondary metals. A member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources team, he also defends and advocates on behalf of clients in these areas: agribusiness, consumer products, metal plating, electric power generation and cement production. He counsels clients in environmental matters involving solid waste, hazardous waste, Superfund, environmental litigation and permitting, environmental auditing, Brownfield issues and environmental aspects of commercial transactions.
Before joining the firm, Keith was a partner at Brown McCarroll, where he helped clients solve environmental problems for more than 30 years. He also was a management analyst for the U.S. General Accounting Office (now Government Accountability Office) in Dallas.
