Hannah’s practice focuses on privacy and information management, commercial transactions and Asian legal and business issues. She counsels clients on the state, federal and international laws and regulations on privacy and data protection, cross-border data transfers, e-commerce, technology outsourcing, cloud computing practices, electronic signatures, social media and digital marketing. Hannah’s domestic and international commercial experience includes structuring, preparing and negotiating procurement and supply chain agreements. In her foreign commercial transactional practice, Hannah counsels Chinese and other Asian companies in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign investments. She also has experience in the areas of Internet domain name disputes, including representing clients in Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints in the U.S. and around the world.
