Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Ethan has always been driven by a desire to serve his community. His journey into law began during his time at Missouri State University, where he held numerous leadership roles that helped him hone his skills in contract negotiation and financial management, sparking his interest in helping clients navigate both financial and legal challenges.
Prior to law school, Ethan studied accounting, which laid a solid foundation for his future legal career. His passion for law was further ignited at the University of Missouri School of Law, where he participated in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, assisting small business owners with legal issues and contract preparation. He also served as a Husch Blackwell summer associate, drafting organizational documents, performing due diligence reviews related to real estate acquisitions, and researching complex legal issues, further honing his skills in corporate law.
Ethan was drawn to corporate and transactional law due to its dynamic nature and the opportunity to use his business knowledge to provide comprehensive advice to clients. He especially values the opportunity to work with local businesses in Springfield, as well as clients in the aviation, real estate, and natural resources sectors.
