Eddie advises on regulatory transportation and tariff issues. He conducts tariff reviews and analysis on behalf of shipper and carrier clients.
He also regularly deals with issues concerning the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) licensing applications. He researches tariff and service contract matters involving ocean common carriers and ocean transportation intermediaries in foreign and domestic commerce. Eddie also conducts historical research on tariff items, bonds and rules, and regulations of various federal agencies that deal with the ocean/land transportation industry. He is regularly in contact with the FMCSA and the Surface Transportation Board.
