Growing up in a family involved in the multifamily office business, Dugan saw the private wealth group as a natural extension of his desire to use his legal training to help families and business owners.
He is particularly interested in helping people with business succession planning and working directly with parties to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
He’s always been willing to go the extra mile to make things happen. When he arrived at Hillsdale College, one of his first endeavors was to work with a newly hired coach to form and eventually lead a men’s tennis team as captain. Navigating the many challenges that come along with a new endeavor of any kind is just the kind of situation where Dugan’s people skills allow him to thrive.
