Danielle Luisi will present at the DRI Asbestos Medicine Seminar on November 14-15, 2019 in Boston on the panel “Swimming with the Sharks: Deposition Techniques on Topics of Smoking, OSHA, and State of the Art.”
The panel will discuss the significance of testimony regarding smoking history, OSHA, state of the art, and damages in asbestos cases and provide strategies for cross-examining witnesses to effectively elicit this testimony. Utilizing a fact pattern designed to make the experience as real as possible, the panel of experienced defense trial lawyers will also conduct a live mock deposition demonstration showcasing these techniques.
