This session focuses on institutional response to sex discrimination and sexual harassment and is intended as a primary and refresher training for persons significantly involved in the Title IX process. This summer’s sessions will cover the new Title IX regulations that have an effective date of August 1, 2024, and will also include new scenarios and a discussion of key case law updates.

Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, and other members of institutional Title IX teams.
Continuing Education Credit
This program is pending approval for Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit, and HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resource Management recertification credit.
