Analysis of Legal Challenges to Corporate DE&I Programs

Webinar

Is your corporate DE&I program still lawful? Many employers have made significant investments in DE&I over the last several years, resulting in improved workplace climates and enhanced diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Recent court decisions and statements by elected officials have called into question whether some of those efforts are legal under current state and federal law.

Join Husch Blackwell for a discussion about recent challenges to such programs, including “reverse discrimination” claims under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and shareholder derivative claims. This presentation is a follow-up to our previous program on the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decisions on civil rights.
