Webinar

Nothing says “I ❤️ you” more than bewitching new regulations from the U.S. Department of Education! We invite you to spend your Valentine’s Day lunch with members of our Title IV compliance team to learn about practical ways to prepare for sweeping new requirements that will begin going into effect on July 1, 2024.

Specifically, new gainful employment rules will establish program eligibility standards for such programs, and entirely new financial value transparency rules will require substantial disclosures for public and private institutions. For many institutions, ensuring and demonstrating compliance will take a cross-campus effort, including among others, academic affairs, financial aid, legal, and compliance teams.

To support those efforts, we are providing this webinar to outline the new requirements and explain how they impact public, non-profit and for-profit, institutions, including where those requirements differ. Because this work may require strategic and forward-thinking conversations around institutions' academic program offerings, this webinar will also provide practical tips to start those conversations internally.
