We invite you to spend your Valentine’s Day lunch with members of our Title IV compliance team to learn about practical ways to prepare for sweeping new requirements that will begin going into effect on July 1, 2024.
Specifically, new gainful employment rules will establish program eligibility standards for such programs, and entirely new financial value transparency rules will require substantial disclosures for public and private institutions. For many institutions, ensuring and demonstrating compliance will take a cross-campus effort, including among others, academic affairs, financial aid, legal, and compliance teams.
