The Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy at the University of Houston Law Center asked Hal Katz to speak at their seventeenth annual banquet to be held April 20, 2017 at 7 p.m. As an alumnus of the University of Houston Law Center, Hal will serve as keynote speaker and address student editors and candidates.
