| Husch Blackwell Sanders Of Counsel Mark Hostetler won a challenge on behalf of client Jarden Consumer Solutions (Sunbeam Products, Inc.), maker of the FoodSaver, successfully challenging claims made by a S.C. Johnson & Son’s national television commercial and nationally distributed free-standing insert. After examination, the National Advertising Division, the advertising industry’s self-regulatory forum, agreed with Jarden that certain aspects of the claims were not substantiated and recommended that S.C.
