Morgan represents real estate clients in connection with the purchase, sale, development, operation, leasing and financing of commercial and residential properties. He also advises a variety of businesses on all types of organizational and operational issues.
Morgan routinely negotiates outparcel sales, ground leases and other real estate transactions for a large, publicly traded shopping mall developer. He serves as outside general counsel for a privately owned Chattanooga-based commercial real estate developer. Morgan also negotiates and prepares various commercial agreements and corporate documents for multiple corporate clients, including a national chemical manufacturer, an auto parts marketing and buying group, and a non-profit hunting, conservation and firearms safety organization.
He is an accredited LEED Green Associate, an accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute Accreditation Program indicating expertise in the area of environmentally sensitive development.
