In addition, he has represented numerous entities in cases involving trademark and service mark infringement, unfair competition and dilution, including securing and defending against temporary retraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Michael has extensive experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the Patent and Trademark Office. Other accomplishments include successfully arguing significant tax cases before the Missouri Supreme Court.
