Michelle represents lenders and borrowers nationwide. She specifically directs her attention to secured loan originations, servicing and workouts. Her practice includes real estate lending, asset-based lending and conduit lending.
In the area of property transactions, Michelle advises on acquisitions, sales, commercial leasing and development. In addition, she has negotiated, documented and closed loans secured by shopping centers, office complexes, multifamily residential properties, condominiums and hotels. She has experience in mezzanine and equity financing and syndicated tenants in common transactions.
